Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our company needs someone who is very hardworking, ambitious, creative, intelligent, passionate about technology and can put in the hours. We will provide salary and profit sharing on per website project basis. So, the more he/she works the more he/she learns and earns. My requirements are :
∎ 1) MUST Have great English communication skills. The developer should be able to talk with clients on chat, video call regarding the project and be fluent in English. He must have good negotiation skills and provide great customer service to clients. He must always have positive attitude, be patient with the clients, explain things to client in a polite manner . The developer must treat the client "like the KING". The developer will do direct talking with the client.
∎ 2)MUST have experience in CMS platforms - Wordpress is a must. If you have experience with more CMS like Joomla,Drupal, Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace etc it is a bonus and recommended.
∎ 3) Be creative. and implement coding to come up with custom features, solve problems.
∎ 4) Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX but it is optional. You can still apply if you do not have knowledge in the above coding languages, but have experience in other programming languages for website development like Node.JS, SQL, Express.JS, React, TDD etc. We look for versatility in our team. So you can apply if you are good at web development, know coding and have few years of experience.
