Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled web development expert who will be responsible for developing and designing our in-house websites. The individual will also be responsible for resolving our current website issues based on the business requirements.
∎ This position requires proficiency in PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience in programming, coding, and developing applications.
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Block - J, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolving current website issues based on the business requirements.
∎ Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP module.
∎ Research, guide and solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
∎ Ensure the accurate operation of web servers and software.
∎ Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
∎ Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
∎ Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
∎ Be a team player in a flat-structured, highly collaborative agile environment.
∎ Proficient with development tools for creating and debugging web-based applications. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
∎ Creating database schemes that represent and support business processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years in web application development.
∎ The applicants should have experience in developing Job Portal or HRIS Applications, Ecommerce Website, Facility Management & Real Estate Agent Management applications.
∎ Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Ability to design and write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.
∎ Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks.
∎ Working experience in WordPress system software.
∎ Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
∎ Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
∎ Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
∎ Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
∎ Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases and their declarative query languages.
