Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field from a reputed university.

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Relevant diplomas or certifications in Web Design.
• Proven experience in designing company websites, landing pages, sales pages, and email templates.
• A strong portfolio or showreel of high-converting, user-friendly digital assets that align with brand guidelines and drive measurable results.
• Has expertise in industry-relevant AI tools.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

A Website Designer is responsible for the visual layout, user interface, and overall aesthetic of a website. In this role, your responsibilities will include creating website designs, developing website structures, and ensuring the websites are user-friendly and visually appealing. You will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring our digital platforms to life.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Conceptualizing and Designing: Developing website layouts, page designs, and overall visual themes based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Focusing on the overall user experience, including site navigation, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Graphic Design: Creating visual elements such as logos, icons, images, and other graphical content for the website.
• Responsive Design: Ensuring websites are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, content writers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Testing and Optimization: Conducting usability testing, performance optimization, and making design adjustments based on feedback and data.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Client Communication: Discussing design ideas, gathering requirements, and presenting design concepts to clients.
• Content Integration: Working with content creators to ensure that content is visually appealing and integrates seamlessly with the website design.
• Branding: Ensuring that the website design aligns with the client's brand identity and overall branding guidelines.
