Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. (Hon's) from any reputed University. You will bring a suitable qualification in the areas of WASH related testing/ engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct different water parameter test (FRC, pH, Iron, Manganese, Fluoride, Chloride, Nitride, Lead, Turbidity etc)
∎ Ensure chlorine mother solution standard and FRC value standard in field level.
∎ Preparing and reviewing of specifications, test method, and test method validation of Physical, Chemical and Microbiological SOP;
∎ Ensure calibration of lab and field equipment's for the better water quality.
∎ Ensuring process simulation/media fill of aseptic process with proper documentation;
∎ Maintaining record of testing results;
∎ Maintaining batch sample, master sample & testing equipment;
∎ Responsible to develop the WQT monitoring system for the project;
∎ Provide technical supports to field-based sample collection &preserving data in assigned database;
∎ Sharing the field findings with water supply engineer for improving the quality of the field activities;
∎ Follow sector guidelines, SOP and other guidelines issued on time to time;
∎ Work intensely with Water Supply Engineer on development of divergent aspects of Water team;
∎ • Calibration of Equipment like HANNA Conductivity meter, PH meter etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a clear concept of water quality testing with different sectors standard
∎ In-depth knowledge of Camp WASH services;
∎ Experience in water quality different parameter testing;
∎ Professional experience in working with water supply &quality related activity;
∎ Experience in using tablets & smartphones and relevant software;
∎ Ability to formulate water quality test-related technical requirements and operating Procedures;
∎ Working experience in Refugee Camps;
∎ Excellent experience in water quality testing and assisting & coordinating in engineering activities for the smooth implementation of project activities;
∎ Good understanding and working experience with humanitarian international codes of conduct and minimum sector standards, especially SPHERE standards;
∎ Experience in promoting water rights and water governance perspectives at local contexts;
∎ Ability to use HACH multimeter and HANNA testing tools etc.
∎ Training development and conducting skill;
∎ Familiar with kobo data collection process;
∎ Skilled at Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
∎ Adept at different networking mobile apps (ex: WhatsApp);
∎ Languages: English, Bangla and Local dialect of Rohingya;
∎ Possess positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners;
∎ Strong team working skills and ability to motivate and facilitate the work of others; ability to work independently with different teams and under matrix management;

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
