Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory as per company target and the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for washing production output, product quality and on-time shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum productivity in accordance with global standards.
∎ Monitor, guide, and ensure washing recipes.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, coordinate technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new style/input are given to the production floor.
