Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Bachelor Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct WASH assessment on targeted community in the selected area.
∎ To conduct participatory approach in promoting sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area.
∎ To prepare effective Community Action Plan (CAP) through involving the targeted community people.
∎ To conduct hygiene session at community and institutional levels.
∎ To document schedule plan, field report and update to Hygiene Promotion Officer in timely manner.
∎ To assist the Project Team Leader in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with CATS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal).
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability.

Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
