Job Context:
∎ A reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of ‘WASH Promoter’ for AHP consortium OXFAM supported DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase III Inclusive Project. ‘WASH Promoter’ is responsible for ensures direct implementation of the project activities.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the technical person for assessment of the suitable sites selection for hardware interventions.
∎ To facilitate Community led sanitation scale up in host community
∎ Coordinate with Community-based volunteers(CBVs) through community consultation to select sites and supervise project activities.
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for software interventions and plan for an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Assist to the implementation of software interventions to address priority on public health risks according to the agreed plan and complimentary.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in the software interventions.
∎ Use participatory approaches as far as possible throughout the project cycle, in training, and in the use of toolkits and other materials.
∎ Ensure that hygiene promotion activities are in line with relevant standards, WaSH policies and other relevant national policies.
∎ Assist to social architecture for recreating and modeling infrastructures.
∎ Organize of different types of meeting, session, training at field level.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
∎ Comply with organizational policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness, and other relevant policies
∎ Work in true spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respect the organizational hierarchy of accountability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Driving license holders will get preference.

∎ Computer Literacy

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
