Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job responsibilities understanding is a part of the selection process. Please read carefully and then apply for the position.
∎ PROJECT PLANNING:
∎ Assist to develop a detailed project implementation plan for yearly with multi-stakeholders
∎ Assist to line manager for intensive consultation of business plans, financing mechanism, and other service providers to make WASH as profitable services
∎ Locates or proposes potential entrepreneurs' business deal with relevant stakeholders; discovering and exploring opportunities
∎ Gather and analyze relevant market information for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making in determining project strategy and selection of potential individuals for being entrepreneurs
∎ PROJECT MANAGEMENT
∎ Introduce the project to relevant stakeholders including local business owners, financial representatives, and community members
∎ Work in close coordination with project staff and other partners, plan, implement and monitor of market development activities
∎ Ensure project implementation is on time, target and budget, using effective M&E systems to reach desired impacts
∎ Identify new potential WASH entrepreneurs and regularly follow up with them.
∎ Observe WASH market regularly and updated to WASH entrepreneurs
∎ Work closely with supervisor to capture data for measuring output and impact of the project, and to ensure accurate and timely flow of information from the field. Recognize opportunities for innovative action and create an environment where alternative viewpoints are welcomed.
∎ Organize training, workshops, and seminar, etc.
∎ TEAM MANAGEMENT
∎ Support team members with information, tools, and resources to improve performance & reach objectives
∎ Create and sustain a work environment of mutual respect where team members strive to achieve excellence
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding of business and knowledge of private sector
∎ Knowledge of the WASH sector highly desirable
∎ Good negotiation skills and high tolerance for uncertainty
∎ Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm as well as a willingness to learn and to be continually adaptive within a dynamic and often self-directed working environment mandatory
∎ Willingness to spend much time in the field and work closely with program target groups.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
