∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hope for the Poorest (HP) is a national NGO, has been working since 2004 for improving life and livelihood of poor and marginalized people. Currently HP is working in collaboration with ASA in more than 30 districts in Bangladesh. The organisation works on WASH, Menstrual Health Hygiene and Women empowerment through an entrepreneurial approach. The Executive Director is the key management leader of the organisation. Within the purview of vision, mission and values of HP, the Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, finance and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, networking at national and international levels, donor communications, heightening the reputation and visibility of the organization, etc. The Executive Director will also play a crucial role in motivating the staff members for better performance. Executive Director shall be held responsible for his duties, actions and responsibilities to the governing board of HP.
