Experience:
Any university degree or Post graduate Diploma in Civil and Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in WASH related infrastructure projects.
Experience on Solid Waste Management Technology and Renewable Energy would be an advantage.
Good presentation skills, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Able to use AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.
Willingness to work in remote rural areas with challenging living conditions.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S.-based nonprofit donor organization working with local partner organization Young Power in Social Action (YPSA), to expand access to quality health services and generate the resources, local capacity, and coordination necessary for partners and the community to meet their health and community needs.
Primary Responsibilities
● Provide leadership and management to WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager for successful project implementation and supervise appropriate problem-solving measures to keep projects on track.
● Oversee and ensure CPI/YPSA requirement and reports are prepared on a regular basis as per donor/organization requirements
● Strengthen relationships with partner organizations for successful implementation of WASH-related activities
● Ensure relevant information is shared between donor and partners for timely project execution and reporting
● Conduct weekly field visits with monitoring and supervision purpose and prepare field visit reports as needed
● Support WASH & Clean Energy Manager and Officer and plan accordingly in relation to achieve project goals and objectives
● Accountable for quality of WASH & Clean Energy field activities and WASH technical inputs to partner NGO and field teams.
● Ensure that gender, disability, child protection is systematically mainstreamed in CPI/YPSA WASH programming.
● Work closely with M&E team on the development of WASH MEAL framework to ensure quality activity and impact monitoring
● Close collaboration with WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager in decision-making and future planning
● Assist WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to ensure the establishment/maintenance of appropriate sectoral coordination mechanisms, including working groups at the national and, if necessary, local level
● Assist to Develop a pilot project for WASH & renewable energy technology
● Develop excellent relationship with Government, UN organizations, International Organization and National organization for sharing progress and resources mobilization
● Support and ensure on the job support and coaching to the project team to maintain high quality and accountability to beneficiaries.
● Design WASH response mechanisms based on concrete analyses
Regular responsibilities
● Develop the partnership with the CIC in Rohingya Camp and/or with other organizations, and WASH services
● Participate in Camp level meetings like WASH Coordination Meeting, Camp Coordination Meeting etc
● Organize Camp level Meetings, develop required meeting minutes and share with the relevant stakeholders
● Work with the WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to share project learning for evidence-based advocacy at sector level
● Assist WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to develop project plan and budget for WASH & Clean Energy program
● Continuously identify WASH options for WASH program
● Supervise and monitor all WASH Engineers, Hygiene Promotion Officer, Community Mobilizer and all field level activity.
● Provide technical expertise related to the planned infrastructure works carried out by the project
● Develop technical resources (e.g. strategic framework, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both hardware and software to guide CPI/GH WASH Infrastructure and Hygiene Promotion interventions,
● Design all WASH facilities including drawing, BOQ etc. in line with the sector and govt. guidelines, best practices and lessons learnt
● Develop procurement documents/ purchase request forms etc.
● Remain flexible to carry out other responsibilities as requested by WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager
● Monitoring and supervising the field team members for strengthening community-based volunteer networks.
Partner Support
● Assist in logistics management to ensure timely delivery to partner organizations
● Assist in training arrangements of responsible donor staff with partner organizations
● Provide mentoring support to implementing partners to implement Energy and WASH program smoothly
● Assist WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to prepare program reports to donors
Operations and Administration
● Attend and participate in coordination meetings, staff meetings, and trainings as necessary
● Assist WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to prepare final report of project outcomes to guide future programming
● Assist WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager to hold meetings with CIC, UNO and any other local government body
● Identify, jointly with the WASH team, program constraints and problems during implementation, propose solutions and support implementation
● Coordinate and support other programs in donor/Partners
Human Resource Management
● Monitor staff performance and ensure timely performance development reviews.
● Ensure staff welfare, safety and security in liaison with HR and WASH & Clean Energy Program Manager.
● Ensure an enabling, friendly, collaborative and professional working culture within the project team, and adherence to Concern policies and procedures.
● Identify the WASH team training needs and propose training plans to the staff and HR
