Job Context
RRP Pharmaceutical, a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for talented, energetic and aspiring individual as Sr.Officer/ Officer Engineer, who will act as a team member to establish us a leading and innovative veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Responsibilities :
To ensure that incoming materials arrive at the factory warehouse from the correct source.
To receive incoming materials and check identity, any damage, labeling, cleanliness, and quantity.
To ensure timely notification to the respective authority and maintain procedures if any discrepancies are found during the receipt of incoming materials.
To monitor that the received materials are stored properly with appropriate status labels.
To ensure materials are stored under specified conditions.
To check and ensure that the correct raw materials are issued from the warehouse for dispensing.
To maintain FIFO / FEFO / LIFO methods to ensure compliance with procedures.
To ensure "under issue" labels are used for all materials during issuance to production.
To check the physical inventory of the respective items with the help of concerned workforce.
To ensure proper monitoring of housekeeping activities to keep the warehouse clean as per required standards.
To ensure proper monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in specified storage areas and report to the respective authority if any discrepancies are observed.
