Job Responsibilities:
∎ Get familiarized with the menu offered at IZAKAYA
∎ Get familiarized with the restaurant's seating/ table plan
∎ Assist the customer and provide menu suggestions
∎ Maintain a friendly rapport with all customers
∎ Take food orders from customers
∎ Deliver food and beverages according to sequence of order
∎ Ensure all utensils, glasses, china and flatware are always clean
∎ Ensure table are clean and re-set according to set standards
∎ Keep work stations clear, clean and tidy
∎ Report all customer comments to the supervisor
∎ Hand in all loss and found items without delay
∎ Ensure mise-en-place is always done according to service training
∎ Actively participate in all training activities
∎ Ensure full co-operation with all other service colleagues and departments
∎ Be aware of performing salesmanship at all times to help increase revenues
