Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest, ensure the Guest feels important.
- Adhere to timing standards for products and services, look for ways to consolidate service and increase room turns.
- To ensure food tray prepared as per the diet card and it is maintain the high quality of hygiene and cleaning.
- To ensure that before goes to the patient room food tray served to the patient that diet is correct and food served as per our standard.
- Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner, report to concern on time and in proper uniform
- Assist in keeping the area clean and safe
