Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading aggregate business from enquiry generation to commissioning and services; setting up zero harm workplace and compliance business process monitoring.
∎ Leading the overall business operations in order to meet the defined targets in terms of production, resource utilization and budgets.
∎ Managing end-to-end cost & profitability along with capacity planning & capital budgeting. Strategizing the production plan basis, the annual sales plan with focus on customer quality & deliveries.
∎ Administering a wide gamut of functions like finance, banking, accounts and HRD including recruitment, retaining strategies and career growth planning.
∎ Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring technological changes to enhance productivity as well as working on modifications in equipment.
∎ Recommending modifications to minimize escalations & rejections in the production process; realizing operational efficiencies and controlling costs & cycle time.
∎ Monitoring & controlling operations with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same.
∎ Liaising with the team members to provide guidance on process development, detailing on quality requirements and finalization of quality plans.
