Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage and develop technical team to meet the business goals.
∎ Develop and implement the technical strategy ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor production and ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
∎ Provide technical guidelines for the production team to improve productivity and quality (e.g., folders, combining processes, usage of modern machines and attachments).
∎ Follow the Standard operation procedure (SOP) in all departments.
