Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and expert Visual Content Developer.
∎ SoftTech-IT is looking for an experienced Visual Content Developer Specialist. We are Visual Content Developer supports on promotional and training related campaigns, Video Content making, Photoshoot, Capturing videos, Edit videos for YouTube Facebook Instagram and other social platform. This position is responsible for launching various training related videos according to deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shoot and Edit videos to attract customers and promote our services.
∎ Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand upcoming initiatives and how they will be brought to life in a digital campaign.
∎ Uses of digital media platforms to identify areas to optimize video marketing strategies, audiences and creativity.
∎ Sustain a close working relationship with digital marketing team and utilizing video-based project management skills to delegate and provide feedback across multiple projects.
∎ Planning and execution video content in Social media and other sites.
∎ Identify trends and analyze performance based on the insights.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Strong video analytical ability.
∎ Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Visual Content making, Video capturing capacity, Edit videos, Expert on Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Visual Content Development, particularly with a Digital Marketing agency/Training firm/Software firm.
∎ Experience with digital media platforms preferred.
∎ You need to increase the admission rate by at least 2000 students per month by your creative videos.
∎ Practical experience in video editing.
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for all social media platform.
∎ Plans and executes training related video content.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary Review: Salary will increase every 2 years
∎ Weekly 1 holiday.
