Responsibilities & Context:
Rio Trip is seeking a talented and customer-focused Visa, Tour Package & Ticketing Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about travel and skilled in client service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle air ticketing (issue, re-issue, refund, cancellation).
Manage visa processing & documentation.
Plan and coordinate domestic & international tour packages.
Manage hotel/reservation bookings and customer inquiries.
Deliver professional and friendly client service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in ticketing/visa/tour operations.
Hands-on experience with GDS/airline booking systems.
Strong communication skills (Bangla & English).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
📍 Workplace: Rio Trip Office Gulshan 2.
