Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 45 years
  • Proficiency in Airline GDS software like Galileo and/or Sabre (preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of airline fare rules, refund rules, and visa procedures
  • Good knowledge about international travel destinations
  • Fluency in Bangla and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle multiple bookings and clients at once
  • Polite, responsible, proactive, and hardworking attitude
  • Basic understanding of IATA & BSP operations (preferred but not mandatory)


Responsibilities & Context:

Air Ticketing & Reservation:

  • Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellation, refund, re-issue, void, and split tickets using Galileo / Sabre (Preferred)
  • Manage both domestic and international ticketing
  • Stay updated with airline rules, fare regulations, policies, and schedule changes
  • Coordinate with BSP / IATA-related operations (if applicable)

Tour Packages & Travel Itinerary:

  • Create tailored international travel itineraries with flights, hotels, sightseeing, and visa support
  • Prepare complete tour package proposals for clients
  • Provide accurate information about international destinations, travel seasons, and entry requirements
  • Keep updated knowledge on latest international tour packages and offers

Customer Interaction & Sales Support:

  • Respond professionally to client queries through online (social media, email, chat) and offline (in-office, phone) channels
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Handle client follow-up, booking confirmations, and customer support

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper records of all ticket and tour bookings
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and documentation
  • Maintain sales performance reports and assist with achieving team targets
