Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of visa processes for major destinations
Excellent communication, presentation & client-handling skills
Guide clients on visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines
Maintain communication with embassies, visa centers & global partners
Maintain client records & reports using company software
Design and sell international & domestic tour packages
Handle booking of flights, hotels & sightseeing
Negotiate with global and local vendors for best pricing
Communicate with clients through phone, email & meetings
Achieve monthly visa & package sales targets
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every service
Familiarity with travel booking systems & CRM tools
