Job Responsibilities:

• Learn to manage and oversee tourist visa applications for various destinations, including popular countries like

• USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, Utilize OTA systems to

• Utilize OTA systems to manage flight reservations, including bookings and cancellations.

• Give clients details about connections, prices, and flight itineraries.

• Handle refunds, reissues, and ticket issues, manage flight reservations, including bookings and cancellations.
