∎ Location: Tara Ltd. Building, 311, Progoti Shoroni, Vatara, Baridhara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa Processing: Client Consultation: Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and procedures.
∎ Application Preparation: Help clients complete visa application forms accurately and gather necessary supporting documents.
∎ Documentation Review: Verify that all required documents are in order and meet the visa requirements.
∎ Submission: Submit visa applications on behalf of clients to the appropriate embassies or consulates.
∎ Follow-up: Monitor the progress of visa applications and provide updates to clients.
∎ Issue Resolution: Address any issues or delays in the visa application process and provide solutions.
∎ Ticketing Services: Flight Reservations: Assist clients in booking flights, considering their preferences and budget.
∎ Itinerary Planning: Create travel itineraries, including layovers, connecting flights, and accommodation suggestions.
∎ Price Comparison: Compare prices from various airlines and online booking platforms to offer the best options to clients.
∎ Ticket Issuance: Issue electronic or paper tickets, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate.
∎ Seat Selection: Help clients select preferred seats and make special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
∎ Changes and Cancellations: Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.
∎ Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to visa applications or flight bookings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Young, energetic, and cheerful personality.
∎ Previous experience in visa processing and ticketing services is a plus.
∎ Digital Experience is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel booking software.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
