Responsibilities & Context:
End-to-end processing of visa applications for various global destinations.
Meticulously check and prepare all necessary legal and travel documents.
Guide clients clearly through embassy procedures.
Coordinate with embassies and ensure 100% submission accuracy.
Provide expert guidance on international travel and visa categories.
Manage customer queries and lead effective counseling sessions.
Oversee the file reception and preliminary documentation process.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
