✔️ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
✔️ Ability to handle multiple applications under pressure

✅ Handle tourist visa applications and documentation
✅ Guide clients through the visa process
✅ Prepare and review complete visa files
✅ Ensure compliance with embassy requirements
