Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience & Industry Knowledge:
∎ 5+ years of experience in visa processing, especially Schengen visa applications.
∎ Strong expertise in tourist, business, student, work, processing.
∎ Experience handling visa rejections, appeals, and client advisory services.
∎ Skills & Technical Proficiency:
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to use visa application portals and embassy submission systems.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
∎ Additional Requirements:Police clearance certificate and a valid passport.
∎ Ability to handle confidential visa-related information with professionalism.
