Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stay updated on visa requirements for specified Asian countries as well as the USA, Canada, Schengen area, New Zealand, UK, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
∎ Focus on sales revenue & profit while providing the best possible service for clients. Implement quality control measures to minimize visa rejections and delays.
∎ Provide comprehensive information to clients about visa procedures and implications.
∎ Collect the required visa documents as per checklist and prepare the file for online and in-person submission to embassies.
∎ Prepare and submit online visa applications without any mistakes.
∎ Generate performance reports for visa applications to monitor and improve service quality
