Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking qualifications, eligibility of the applicants, following destination countries, and visa application processing system.
∎ Accept applications from clients as per the destination country checklist.
∎ Ability to handle telephone, hotline, e-mail, and social media inquiries.
∎ Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors' database, and regular follow-up.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine an effective solution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Malaysia visa application will get preference
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
∎ Must be presentable and good in English.
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft word, Power point and Excel.
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills.
