Experience:

• At least 2 years

• At least 2 years

• Age 20 to 50 years

• Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, USA, Australia & Europe.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English.
• Must be presentable, smart, well-mannered & organized.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good computer skills.
• Training will be provided.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Applicants should have experience in any of the following industries: Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup.
• 1–2 years proven experience as Visa Counselor / Student Counselor / Visa Consultant Officer or similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all visa-related tasks as per Travel Agency Visa Section rules.

• Provide consultation to clients regarding Canada, USA, Australia, and European visa categories.

• Guide clients for Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Visit Visa, Work Permit, and Permanent Residency & Family Migration.

• Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence.

• Prepare, verify, and submit required visa documents.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on each client case.

• Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.

• Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
