Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all types of visa processing, documentation, and application procedures for various countries.
Provide accurate and updated information to clients regarding visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines.
Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications to embassies or online platforms.
Maintain strong communication with embassies, VFS centers, and relevant authorities.
Guide clients through interview preparation and visa documentation.
Keep updated with the latest visa rules, policies, and immigration changes.
Manage records of applications, payments, and client communication in an organized manner.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct in all client interactions.
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Tourism, or related field).
Additional Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visa consultancy or travel agency.
Strong knowledge of visa rules and processes for major destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Schengen countries, Middle East, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application portals.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and deadlines.
