Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities (Target-Oriented)
Achieve monthly visa processing & sales targets (Europe, Middle East & other destinations)
Handle inbound & outbound client calls/leads and convert them into confirmed applications
Provide accurate visa consultation (work permit, visit, student) based on client profile
Assist clients in documentation, application preparation & submission
Maintain updated knowledge about visa rules, embassy requirements & country policies
Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rate
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business & referrals
Maintain daily report of leads, conversions, and pipeline status
Guide clients honestly to maintain company reputation & compliance
Coordinate with internal team (HR, processing, ticketing) for smooth operations
Performance Targets (KPI)
Monthly visa file submission target
Lead-to-conversion ratio improvement
Daily client follow-up target
Revenue generation per consultant
Client satisfaction & feedback score
