Required Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in visa processing, consultancy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes for USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, and Asian countries.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Computer literacy is essential (MS Office, online visa portals, e-mail communication, and using Ai technology).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Smart, energetic, and confident personality.

First World Country Visa Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a smart, energetic, and passionate First World Countries Visa Consultant to join our growing team at Trip Designer, a trusted name in travel and visa support services in Bangladesh. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a professional career in the travel and consultancy sector and work with international clients and visa processing for leading destinations.

The right candidate must have hands-on experience and sound knowledge of visa processing for First World Countries, including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen countries, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, and must also be aware of Asian visa processes such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, etc.

Office Time:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday).
• Weekly Holiday: Friday and Government Holidays.

Workplace & Location:

• Full-time, Office-based Job.
• Location: Badda, Dhaka (8th Floor, Azhar Comfort Complex, Pragati Sarani).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Visa Consultant, your main responsibilities will include

Visa Documentation & Processing

• Assist clients in preparing complete visa applications for first-world destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea).
• Guide applicants in preparing supporting documents such as bank statements, employment letters, solvency certificates, travel history, and accommodation proof.
• Review and check all documents carefully to minimize mistakes and avoid rejection.

Client Handling & Advisory

• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding the type of visa suitable for them (Tourist, Business, Student, Family Visit, Work Visa).
• Give clear guidance on requirements, processing times, and embassy/VFS center procedures.
• Handle client queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism.

Embassy & VFS Communication

• Maintain updated knowledge of embassy rules, submission requirements, appointment systems, and biometric processes.
• Assist clients in booking embassy or VFS appointments, completing online application forms (DS-160, UKVI, Schengen forms, ImmiAccount, etc.).

Visa Interview Preparation

• Train and prepare clients for visa interviews, helping them understand possible questions and how to answer them confidently.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for high-profile visa cases.

Teamwork & Reporting

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Report daily updates to management regarding application status, client feedback, and challenges faced.
• Maintain client records with confidentiality and integrity.
