• Proven experience in visa processing or immigration services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for Australia, USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Schengen countries.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Visa Application Processing Manager (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen)

• Supervise daily visa application activities for Australian, USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Schengen visas.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor application status and troubleshoot any issues that arise during processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with embassy and consulate officials.
• Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on visa processing performance and challenges.
