∎ providing them with accurate and engaging information about the places they are visiting, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout the tour.
∎ You will also be responsible for managing the logistics of the tour, including transportation and accommodations, and handling any customer concerns or complaints that may arise.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide tours for groups of tourists.
∎ Provide accurate and engaging information about the tour's destination(s).
∎ Manage tour logistics, including transportation and accommodations.
∎ Ensure the safety and satisfaction of tour participants.
∎ Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
