∎ B.Sc. in CSE (But relaxable for experience)
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in the same field.
∎ Freshers are discouraged from applying.
∎ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
∎ Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Motion).
∎ Strong understanding of video production processes and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of color correction and grading techniques.
∎ Audio editing and optimization skills (e.g., Audition, Audacity).
∎ Ability to create and edit motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements.
∎ Familiarity with DSLR camera operation and videography.
∎ Knowledge of WordPress website maintenance is a plus.
∎ Experience in LinkedIn lead generation is a plus.
∎ Graphic design skills for digital marketing are a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

∎ Managing and organizing raw footage and assets.
∎ Ensuring smooth flow and continuity in the final edited video.
∎ Creating and editing motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements.
∎ Incorporating graphics, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
∎ Optimizing audio quality and synchronization in videos.
∎ Performing color correction and grading to improve visual appeal.
∎ Incorporating music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.
∎ Ensuring videos are optimized for various platforms and devices.
∎ Identifying best practices for video and evolving daily operations as necessary.
∎ Maintaining a great sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
∎ Maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects.
∎ Researching, gathering knowledge, and submitting reports about competitors, audiences, and the industry.
∎ Presenting trends and customer preferences to achieve the highest promotional benefits.
∎ Operating DSLR cameras when necessary.

∎ Office Time: 9 am to 7 pm
∎ Working days: 6 days
∎ Weekend days: 1 day (Friday)
