Food / Lifestyle কনটেন্টে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Key Responsibilities

• ভিডিও এডিটিং

• Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut PC দিয়ে Reels, Shorts, Ads এডিট

• Strong Hook (প্রথম 3–5 সেকেন্ড), smooth cut, caption, subtitle, transition

• Brand অনুযায়ী color grading ও sound design

• পারফরম্যান্স অপ্টিমাইজেশন

• Reach, Watch Time, Retention, Engagement বিশ্লেষণ

• ডাটার ভিত্তিতে নতুন editing style ও content suggestion

• কনটেন্ট আইডিয়া ও প্ল্যানিং

• Weekly / Monthly video plan এ সাপোর্ট

• Trend + audience behavior অনুযায়ী idea দেওয়া

• Brand & CTA Maintain

• Brand tone, color, font maintain

• Proper CTA (Call / Website / Offer) বসানো

• Emotion অনুযায়ী BG music & sound selection

• Workflow Management

• Deadline maintain

• Revision handle

• Daily / Weekly update
