Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Online Newspaper/ News Portal,Web Media/Blog

• At least 3 years

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong storytelling sense with an understanding of pacing, sound, and visual impact

• Basic animation and motion graphics skills are a plus

• Knowledge of social media content formats (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience working in a news, media, or content-driven environment is highly preferred

• Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)Photography or cinematography experience

• UI/UX or web design knowledge

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools

• Understanding of SEO for video and visual content

What You’ll Do:

• Edit and produce high-quality, visually captivating videos in styles similar to TRT World, AJ+, and Zeteo

• Collaborate closely with our content, creative, and social media teams

• Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, format, and presentation

• Work in a fast-paced, startup-friendly environment where your ideas matter

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing digital videos for social media and news platforms

• Strong portfolio that shows your work in the style of TRT World, AJ+, or Zeteo

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, creative atmosphere

• Team player with strong communication skills
