Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit and produce high-quality promotional and branding videos for real estate projects.
∎ Capture, cut, and compile raw footage into polished final versions with transitions, effects, and sound.
∎ Manage and regularly update visual content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Design creative visual assets including company logos, stickers, thumbnails, and animated graphics.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
∎ Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.
∎ Create short reels, property tour videos, client testimonial videos, and event highlights.
∎ Stay updated on current trends in video editing, design, and social media content formats.
∎ Organize and maintain a library of video and design assets for ongoing use.
∎ Meet deadlines for video content delivery across different marketing campaigns.
