Must be organized, disciplined, and able to follow a fixed workflow.
Responsibilities & Context:
Edit and produce a high volume of daily video/content pieces for social media platforms.
Publish content according to the company’s posting schedule and maintain consistency in style and branding.
Select top-performing content and post across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat with proper captions and hashtags.
Perform basic to moderate video edits (subtitles, trimming, transitions, overlays).
Track daily work in a content log and report key performance trends.
Work onsite during Bangladesh time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
