About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor/ Social Media Manager (Viral Content & Clipping Manager) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content dynamics and social media virality. You will be responsible for transforming raw edits into high-performing content and managing 10+ clipper accounts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
Take raw video edits and craft them into polished, attention-grabbing viral content.
Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand voice and quality.
Manage 10 clipper accounts, ensuring consistent daily posting (1–3 posts per day per account).
Write compelling captions, headlines, and hooks optimized for engagement.
Monitor content performance and adjust editing and posting strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date on trends, memes, and viral formats to keep content fresh.
