About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor/ Social Media Manager (Viral Content & Clipping Manager) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content dynamics and social media virality. You will be responsible for transforming raw edits into high-performing content and managing 10+ clipper accounts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Take raw video edits and craft them into polished, attention-grabbing viral content.

• Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand voice and quality.

• Manage 10 clipper accounts, ensuring consistent daily posting (1–3 posts per day per account).

• Write compelling captions, headlines, and hooks optimized for engagement.

• Monitor content performance and adjust editing and posting strategies accordingly.

• Stay up-to-date on trends, memes, and viral formats to keep content fresh.
