Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Graduation/ MS in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Science with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in preparing the annual plan and budget for veterinary services related to Health Camp and Mobile Veterinary Clinic, progeny show, film show and any other veterinary related services to the farmers of AI Enterprise staffs, Service Providers and farmers under the umbrella of Manger, Livestock Services and training
∎ Direct participate in organizing health camp, mobile veterinary clinic, progeny show, film show and any other related Livestock Service including technology transfer for production, nutrition and treatment of animals belongs to farmers under AI Enterprise
∎ Supervise, guiding, tracking, record keeping, monitoring and evaluation of AISP and LSP on their activities regarding AI and veterinary services prescribed to control the anomalies of AI and veterinary services
∎ Help in developing the training materials and prepare a session plan of each training related to AI and service to Manager Livestock Service and Training
∎ Motivate and provide need base veterinary services to the contact farmers for breeding bull production under the umbrella of Manger, Livestock Services and training
∎ Help in pre-selection of breeding bull and help the technocrats in selection process
∎ Motivate the general farmers for AI with BRAC products
∎ Attend in sales meeting in the fields to evaluate/assess on need for veterinary services
∎ Participate in call center and e-veterinary services to the farmers directly
∎ Collaboration with monitoring, Livestock development department, sales team and others related to AI Enterprise
∎ Government liaisons and develop relation with Government department/s
∎ Report preparation, analysis, find the challenges and take necessary operational actions on those findings in favor of Manager, Livestock Service and Training
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Any other activities should be done if supervisor prescribed.
