Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have B.Sc. in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/ Veterinary Science/ Animal Husbandry and MS in Clinical Surgery/ Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Theriogenology with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing breed wise annual calf production plan and implementation. Assist in budget preparation related to the animal production.
∎ Ensure preparation of recipient and donor cows/heifers for embryo transplantation, embryo production. heat synchronization, perform AI & ET, pregnancy diagnosis and proper management of repeat breeding cows and its reproduction.
∎ Performing safe calf delivery, dystocia correction, Cesarean section, udder health management, reproductive health management for mother cows/heifers.
∎ Perform routine health checkup and ensure routine vaccination, deworming, medication for breeding animals. Breeding and health related data recording and preservation for further analysis and improvement.
∎ Supervise all relevant shed supervisor’s activities and animal attendants/worker and follow up and monitoring their daily activities related to animal health improvement and maintenance.
∎ All types of data base preparation, preservation and maintaining regarding animal health.
∎ Record keeping and maintaining for further analysis related to production & reproduction.
∎ Report preparation, sharing reports to find the challenges and take necessary operational actions on those findings.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
