∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sonali Chicks Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a very good & clear idea on Sonali Breeder Management & Treatment.
∎ Collect data and make a report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio), Feed intake, Bodyweight, production percentage, Mortality, etc.
∎ Do Required Manpower Recruitment, and manage manpower effectively and efficiently.
∎ Cooperate with Purchase Department of Head Office for sourcing and purchasing medicine, feed and raw materials.
∎ Perform any other tasks as time to time assigned from Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have honest, sincere & hard-working attitude.
∎ Pleasant personality with self-motivated
∎ At least 4 to 5 years of practical experience in Sonali Chicks management will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sonali Breeder Management & Treatment
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge (MS Office, Specially Excel for Daily Reporting)
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary Review: Performance Based.
