As a rapidly growing tech startup, we are expanding our operations and looking for a Vendor Manager who’s smart, hardworking, and ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard & Manage Vendors: Build strong relationships with product suppliers and ensure smooth onboarding to the Easydrop platform.
- Coordinate Product Listings: Help vendors list their products with accurate info, pricing, and images through our internal system.
- Negotiate & Communicate: Discuss product prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors to ensure profitability and consistency.
- Maintain Data & Reports: Use Google Sheets/Excel to track vendor performance, stock availability, and issue reports.
- Resolve Issues: Address vendor complaints, delays, or return-related matters quickly and professionally.
- Train Vendors: Teach vendors how to use our platform, upload listings, and manage their digital dashboard.
- Support Product Expansion: Suggest new, trending, and high-demand products to bring on board from existing or new vendors.
