Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance from any public or private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within the warehouse/factory.
∎ Prepare monthly return (VAT-9.1) as per VAT Rules & Submit to VAT Authority within due time and update the register.
∎ Maintain VAT Challan (Mushak-6.3) & Purchase Register (Mushak-6.1), Sales register (Mushak- 6.2) & other books /papers related to VAT.
∎ Prepare VAT deducted at source (VDS) Certificate (Mushak- 6.6) & provide it to the vendor.
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting record.
∎ Ensure proper VAT compliance as per Government rules.
∎ Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies.
∎ Anchor VAT activities of Head Office.
∎ Maintain inventory registers as per government rules.
∎ Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products.
∎ Prepare Quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group.
∎ Maintain VAT-related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Make correspondence with VAT authority and deal with VAT audit-related activities.
∎ Prepare Export documents, Price declarations (4.3), and all other VAT-related activities properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field. (VAT Functions at Manufacturing.)
∎ Males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should possess Drive & Initiative, Innovativeness, Problem Solving, and Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Extensive Traveling is required.
