∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
∎ Experience with responsive design and cross-platform consistency.

∎ Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.

∎ Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
∎ Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
∎ Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
∎ Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
∎ Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
∎ Work closely with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives.
∎ Experience: 1-3 years in UX/UI design
∎ Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs).
