Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe XD, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Mobile Application Design, Software design, Strong graphic design skills, UI Design, UX Design, Web Design
Job Context:
∎ Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers
∎ Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
∎ Ability to work both independently and in a team
∎ Attention to detail and mastery of information design
∎ Proven experience as a UX-UI Designer
∎ Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
∎ Strong portfolio of design projects
∎ Background in project management and research
∎ Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
∎ Proficient in design & mockup software
∎ Experience building user interfaces for software, mobile apps, websites and/or web applications
∎ Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
∎ Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
∎ Analytical mind with a business acumen
∎ Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand product specifications and user psychology
∎ Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
∎ Create personas through user research and data
∎ Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
∎ Responsibility for the creation of the graphical interfaces of the User Interface Design (UI) as well as participation in the development of prototypes
∎ Designing and implementing new features and functionality
∎ Find creative ways to solve UX-UI problems (e.g. usability, findability, graphic design)
∎ Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
∎ Maintain and improve existing projects
∎ Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
∎ Get feedback from users and customers
∎ Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
