Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC / HSC or
∎ Hon's / Masters from National University.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for the company's business-related customers (Bride/Groom), ensuring their registration.
∎ Helping buyers with registration, and confirming the use of your ID in reference.
∎ Uploading the data of daily registered customers to the server.
∎ Submitting daily income, VAT, etc. calculations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to speak politely with mass people.
∎ You should pray regularly 5 times.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Commission based (can earn 15-25 thousand BDT per month)
Bonus: Eid bonus 6000 taka, Baisakhi allowance 1000 taka.
Incentive: You will get a 5% incentive on sales after meeting the target. Which will be distributed after every 4 months.
Awards: Annual awards (financial and certificate) will be given to the top 10 highest-selling officers.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ Join and Risigning Policy:
∎ Candidate must submit SSC pass original certificate for 6 months at the time of joining. If you don't want to submit the certificate, you have to pay a deposit of 5000 BDT.
∎ Original certificate or security money can be withdrawn at any time after 6 months.
∎ The Company reserves the right to terminate you without notice for serious misconduct.
∎ Company code of conduct training will be provided at the time of joining, participation in said training is mandatory.
∎ Application should be submitted at least 30 days in advance if one wishes to leave the job for any reason. All accounts must be cleared within that period and the dues must be accepted.
