Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Ag. Management, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Upazila Coordinator will be responsible for implementing project interventions at the community and Upazila levels. S/he is responsible for monitoring program quality and documentation for the Taltoli Upazila (Sub-district). S/he will advocate for strengthening the community based child protection through networking and collaboration with relevant civil society organizations, duty bearers and other institutions at the Upazila levels.
∎ Major Deliverables:
∎ Delivers project interventions for achieving annual objectives and targets for the TaltoliUpazila.
∎ Monitors program implementation in Unions for achieving results.
∎ Supervises and provides supports to the Union Coordinators Social Empowerment of the TaltoliUpazila for developing their plans and rolling them out.
∎ Develops/nurtures protection network at Upazila level for resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures compliance with the Gender and Safeguarding policies in implementing the project; works as the Child Protection Focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation.
∎ Manages performance of all team members and develops their capacity.
∎ Reports to the Chief Executive of the organization and based in Taltoli.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 years In the similar discipline
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 46154 (Monthly)
