Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science discipline, Development studies from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise field facilitators and providing accompaniment support to the project staff.
∎ Provide training, guidance and technical support to the target groups.
∎ Facilitate training session, technical support, and guidance to the target group as well as staff.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with local elected bodies, Upazilla level Govt. officials, Community Based Organizations, and non-government organizations.
∎ Manage implementation of the programme activities and ensure quality through regular monitoring.
∎ Factual periodic reporting for the assigned areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in implementing project of similar nature in any national or international organizations.
∎ Sound knowledge on climate change vulnerability, livelihood interventions and human rights.
∎ Knowledge on general administration and financial management.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical ability and motivation in working with indigenous people in remote area.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented analytical reports.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 31400 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity, Leave Benefit and Insurance as per policy.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
