Job Context:
∎ Location: Koyra Upazila in Khulna District and Shyamnagar Upazila in Satkhira District
∎ Expected Joining Date: 1 October 2020
∎ Job Location: Any union of Koyra and or Shyamnagar Upazila.
∎ Job Nature: Fixed-term (October 2020- September 2023)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for setting the operational plant for the project activities and budget management to deliver the project on time with high quality outputs and impact. Managing relationships with partners, PMU and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects managed and meet the goals and objectives.
∎ Providing direction, review plans and facilitation materials of the ward supervisors. Overall coordination of the ward supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of overall experiences in development sector including climate change, livelihood, water sanitation.
∎ Experiences and skill in advocacy and working with the Local Government Institutions
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision and have impact on input on program indicators.
∎ Excellent organization, coordination, report writing and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender sensitive perception
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
