Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Addressing Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in Southwestern Bangladesh
∎ Selection of Sanitary entrepreneur, Health & hygiene sales Agent(H&HAS) for develop business of them.
∎ Site selection for water point repair and latrine demonstration
∎ Formation VDC and conduct regulars meeting
∎ Regulars communication with entrepreneur, Health Promotion Agents (HPAs) to build capacity.
∎ Formation Water committee and conduct meeting to maintain water points.
∎ Conduct CSA and help entrepreneurs to demand creation.
∎ Assist VDC to attain WatSan meeting & follow up activities
∎ Organize group meeting at project level.
∎ Assist to arrange different training to build capacity of HPAs, sanitary entrepreneurs & sweepers.
∎ Collection of data and information from field.
∎ Prepare month activity report from field level.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have the mentality to work in remote areas . At least 90% work at field level
∎ The candidate should have Report writing experience
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant field (including sanitation market development, entrepreneurship development & social marketing regarding WASH) .
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ The candidates should be honest, hard worker & non smoker.
Salary: Tk. 12830 (Monthly)
